Introduction
I'm a former teenage tennis fan who's getting back into the game. I've already met (and played with) some in this group and look forward to joining up.
(Required)What level are you according the NTRP scale? http://users.telerama.com/~johnv/tennis/tennis17.htm If you are unsure, an rough estimate is fine

3.0 or 3.5 depending on the day ;-)

How did you hear about the Raleigh-Durham Tennis meetup?

I knew about it when I arrived in Raleigh. After some time on the courts with Andrea E, Nik and Brian, I've heard plenty more.

What would you like to do in this meetup?

Make tennis a regular part of my life, raise the level of my game, and meet a lot of cool people.

What do you love about the game?

It's just as physical, competitive, fun and exciting at 41 as it was at 14.

  •  So predictable, all of you, I saw my inbox this morning and immediately new what these shouts would be about. Did all of you know that there are lots of unemployed comedians out there? (that means that they are NOT funny for those who don't get the joke) All of you are a GREAT group to play tennis with, discuss politics, drink beer, wreak havoc, and add insult to injury to those who deserve it. I wouldn't have it any other way!

  •  Hey ! This guy is really tall !!! He makes a good, intimidating partner at the net because he gets everything and makes it look easy to boot ! He is also a beer and wine expert ;-)) ... a super nice person with a great sence of humor ! Thanks, Philip, for being in our group !!
