MDA is all about sports—every sport—from popular ones like volleyball, tennis, softball, and soccer, to more obscure ones like parkour, bocce ball, and curling. During the warmer months we’re likely to play ultimate, sand volleyball, and a third sport at least every week; as well as bike, skate, and socialize.

We typically have a court or two for beginners (or rusty racquets who haven't played in a while), a couple of courts for intermediate and a couple of courts for advanced players. Our tennis group is aimed towards dedicated tennis players who play at an NTRP level of 4.0 or higher and would like to have some additional practice time. The goal of this group is to organize useful hitting sessions for both singles and doubles play. The group is open to both men and women and will start during spring and end sometime in the fall. Like the Michigan Tennis Group in Birmingham, this group will provide all levels of tennis players an opportunity to drop-in and play doubles or singles once a week with a variety of players. We will allocate courts based on everyones' perceived skill level and will switch them when it makes sense or players need a change. You don't have to commit to playing weekly and there are no fees.
