We are volunteer group that teaches tennis as a platform for mentoring and community building to at-risk youth in four public housing communities in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Every Saturday from 12:30 - 3:00, May-October, we literally bring tennis to the kids by setting up temporary tennis courts within their communities. Metropolitan Tennis Group (MTG) is a not-for-profit Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender (LGBT) organization formed to provide its membership with expanded opportunities to play recreational and competitive tennis. Tennis Buffs is New Jersey's longest running tennis parties. We just celebrated our 29th anniversary. Over that span we had over 3000 participants at our events.
