Tennis group for men and women ages 21-39. This group is for experienced players intermediate to advanced. We will have warm-ups, round robins and match play at least once a week. Attend when you can make it. Tennis courts will be in Rockville/Potomac.

2 years ago there was a similar tennis meetup held in Herndon, and I had a lot of fun playing there, and met a lot of nice people. Unfortunately, the meetup ended when the weather got cold, so I've taken it upon myself to start another up. Meetups are held at the Herndon Community Center/Bready Park or Bruin Park courts. This informal meetup is to get local tennis players together to PLAY and most importantly, have fun. Tennis offers the opportunity to build strength & agility, and serves as a GREAT excuse to get out of the house and meet other interested folks. Please note that this meetup does NOT provide tennis instruction. I strongly recommend players have at least 1 beginner's class prior to participating.

I started this group to organize recreational tennis meetups in the DC area. Members should have some experience and be at least a high beginner/low intermediate player. Meetups are very informal and depending on how many people show up, we'll break up into groups to hit and/or play singles/doubles matches. Experienced singles and doubles tennis players in their 20s or 30s are welcome!
